Murchadh Fhionnlaigh Iain

Murdo (1875-1969) was a son of Finlay Macinnes and Christina Macmillan,  8 Gravir.

He served in the King's Own Scottish Borderers in the First World War and is mentioned in Loyal Lewis: Roll of Honour 1914-1918.

In Lochs, in 1919, he married Catherine Ann Mackay, 42 Gravir. Murdo and Catherine Ann  were cottars at 8 Gravir and they had no children.

Murdo and his brother, Angus, owned the Roselea.

According to the valuation rolls he was tenant in 1913 and 1931 and tenant-occupier in 1940 and 1946.
