Catherine (1815-1891) was a daughter of Murdo Macaulay and Ann Macdonald, 13 Old Gravir. Her father obtained 11 Gravir in the 1852 lotting.
At Barvas, in 1840, she married widower Malcolm Morrison from Brue. Catherine and Malcolm lived at 16/17 Brue and they had four children.
Catherine was widowed in 1874 and the croft was split between her and her son, Alexander. Catherine at 16 Brue and Alexander at 17 Brue.
