19259: John Martin
John (born 1812) was a son of Malcolm Martin and Isabella Maciver, 21 Old Leurbost and latterly 43 Leurbost. John’s first wife was Janet Macleod. The couple settled at 23 Leurbost and had two children. John continued to live there with his second wife Mary Macdonald, 3 Ranish and the couple had three chilldren. In 1869, John married his third wife Marion Macleod, 14 Keose.
