Malcolm (born 1766), who resided in Vuia Mhor, was married to Ann Macleod in Enaclete.

It appears that the family changed their name on leaving Vuia Mhor, for reasons unknown. When their children Henny, Kirsty and Donald were married, their name had changed from Macarthur to Campbell.

There is uncertainty about a fourth child of Malcolm and Ann called Marion.
