According to the Rent Roll 1807, Farquhar Smith (1764-1849) and his father Duncan rented Drovinish for 36, which would probably have included Strome.

Farquhar's date of death is known from his son Peter Smith's testimony for the Boundary Dispute, 16th Aug1850 (p 82).
