21346: Sheila Macdonald
Sheila, born in Skipton, England in 1923, was a daughter of Angus and Jane Ellis. She lost her father when she was very young and, when her mother moved to Australia with her second husband, she came to live with an aunt at 26 Kirkibost. She graduated from university and trained as a teacher. Her first post was in Uig then Dingwall, Stornoway, Crulivig and finally Bernera until her retirement.
She married John Maciver; they settled at 1 Breaclete, and had one son Ian.
