Donald Nicolson
Donald Nicolson (1826-1894) was a son of Neil Nicolson and Ann Macinnes, 6 Old Steimreway.
In Lochs, in 1849, he married Isabella Mackay, 6 Old Eishken. Donald and Isabella settled at 6 Old Steimreway where they had three of their nine children.
Old Steimreway was cleared in 1857 and the family were removed to 26 Lemreway.
In 1863 the family emigrated to Lingwick, Quebec where Ann and Neil were born.
