It is said that Anne, a daughter of Domhnall Cam, used to walk daily from Crowlista each morning to milk a cow, unknown to its owner, and then carry two pails of milk down the sea cliff at Mangersta and up to her father who was safely fortified on his stack, without ever spilling a drop.
