Christina (1816-1894) was a daughter of Angus Gillies and Margaret Morrison, Croigarry, on the shores of Loch Erisort. The family came from Luskentyre, Harris.
In Lochs, in 1842, she married John Macleod, 4 Kershader. Christina and John settled at 3 Kershader and they had a daughter Mary.
