Duncan Mackay

Duncan Mackay (1896-1916)  was a son of Finlay Mackay and Ann Macleod, 11 Kershader.

He served with the 7th Battallion Seaforth Highlanders and was killed in action at Bailleul, France, on 11 May 1916, aged 19. 

Duncan is buried in Bailleul Cemetery, Nord, France and his name is commemorated on the Pairc War Memorial and the Lewis War Memorial, Stornoway.
