Donnchadh Fhionnlaigh Dhonnchaidh

Duncan (1896-1916)  was a son of Finlay Mackay and Ann Macleod, 11 Kershader.

He served with the 7th Battalion Seaforth Highlanders and was killed in action at Bailleul, France, on 11 May 1916, aged 19. 

Duncan is buried in Bailleul Cemetery, Nord, France, he is mentioned in Loyal Lewis: Roll of Honour 1914-1918 and his name is commemorated on the Pairc War Memorial and the Lewis War Memorial, Stornoway.
