38608: Margaret Macaulay
Margaret (1886-1936) was a daughter of John Macaulay and Isabella Matheson, 19 Brenish.
In 1920, in Glasgow, Margaret married Neil Morrison of 29 Brenish and they emigrated to Chile. Four of their five children were born there: Margaret born 1921; Isabella, 1923-2020 (born at Estancia Peckett Harbour ranch); Ethel born 1924; Norman John born 1926. They returned to Stornoway in 1926. Their youngest child, Neila was born in 1927 and Neil emigrated to Trail, British Columbia, Canada that year. The family followed in the summer of 1928, arriving on the SS Athenia at Quebec City.
