4079: Kenneth Macaulay
Kenneth, born in 1891, was a son of John and Jane Macaulay from 12 Kirkibost. During WW1 he was interned in a Prisoner of War camp in Groningen, Holland. He holds the Mons Star, one of the British Service Medals . Kenneth marrried Chirsty Mary Macarthur from 1 Kirkibost and settled at her family home where they raised eight children.
