Isabella, born c1841, was a daughter of Effie Smith from Vuia Mhor then Ungeshader. She and her mother emigrated to Winslow, Quebec where Effie's brother, Angus, had settled.

Isabella married Angus Macdonald from Tobson and settled at Compton County; with issue.
