43723: Ann Montgomery
Ann (1796-1874) was a daughter of Malcolm Montgomery and Isabella Macleod, 36 Balallan.
In Lochs, in 1823, she married Murdo Macleod, Eishken. Ann and Murdo settled at 12 Old Eishken where they had three of their four children.
Old Eishken was cleared in 1835 and the family moved to 12 Balallan. In the early 1850’s the family exchanged crofts with Alexander Montgomery at 7 Balallan.
