Catherine Macarthur (1927-2014) was a daughter of Murdo Macarthur and Mary Kennedy, 10 Cromore.
She married John Murdo Macleod, 37 Gravir. Catherine and John Murdo settled in Laxdale and they had three daughters.
Catherine was widowed in 1989. She was living at Kennedy Terrace, Stornoway before her death in 2014.
