Julia (1871-1947) was a daughter of Roderick Martin and Mary Morrison, 21b Balallan.
She was a nurse residing at Holm Farm, Stornoway when she married William Fraser of Sandwickhill. Julia and William had ten children and when William retired they moved to The Old House, 4 Lewis Street, Stornoway.
Julia became a Town Councillor and a Justice of the Peace and is buried in Sandwick Cemetery.
