47158: Donald Macleod

Donald Macleod (born 1830) was a son of Roderick Macleod and Catherine Morrison, 15 Cromore.

In Lochs, in 1861, he married Isabella Kennedy, 17 Cromore. Donald and Isabella settled at 15 Cromore and they had eight daughters, only three of whom survived.

Donald was widowed in 1875 and married Catherine Morrison, 9a Calbost in 1876. Donald and Catherine had a son Murdo in 1877.

Donald was widowed again  in 1877 and in 1883, at Stornoway, married for a third time to Christina Macleod, 9 Cromore. Donald and Christina had a daughter, Isabella.
