Margaret (1816-1874) was a daughter of Alexander Smith and Marion Beaton, 24 Cromore.
In Lochs, in 1836, she married Alexander Kennedy, 2 Calbost. Margaret and Alexander settled at 4 Old Steimreway and they had a daughter, Isabella.
Margaret was widowed in 1845 and returned to 24 Cromore.
Margaret married widower John Kennedy, 17 Cromore, in Lochs on 24 January 1853. Margaret and John settled at 17 Cromore and they had two sons, Alexander and Roderick.
