Marion (1859-1949) was a daughter of Angus Macdonald and Catherine Smith, 23 Cromore.
In Lochs, in 1884, she married Murdoch Nicolson, 24 Ranish. Marion and Murdoch were Cotters at 24 Ranish and they had nine children.
The family later moved to 11 Builnacraig Street, Stornoway.
