Ann (1826-1891) was the daughter of Malcolm Macleod and Mary Macaulay, 4 Doune. The family then moved to 5 Upper Carloway.
She married Murdo Macdonald in Doune Carloway before relocating to Valtos. They settled at 22 Valtos.
Her mother, Mary b1793 – a shoemaker’s widow, was living with them in 1861.
