Angus Macleod (1911-1986) was a son of Murdo Macleod and Catherine Macarthur, 26 Cromore.
He served with the Merchant Navy during the Second World War.
At Stornoway, in 1940, he married Bella Macleod, Cliff Cottage, Cromore, Angus and Bella settled at Cliff Cottage, Cromore where they ran a shop and they had two children.
