5000: Hannah Colby
Hannah (1813-1839) was the daughter of John Colby and Catherine Macleod. Hannah was born in Gravesend in Kent and christened at the Parish Church of St George on 10th January 1813.
Hannah and her family later returned to Lewis. Hannah married Neil Maclennan of Bosta; the couple had at least six children.
