Donald (1798-1866) was a son of Kenneth Macaskill and Rachel Maclennan, 1 Old Gravir at Tumanuadan.
In Lochs, in 1820, he married Ann Macmillan, 14 Gravir. They first settled at 1 Old Gravir where one of their nine children was born. The family later moved to 4 Old Gravir, at Tumanuadan and in the 1852 relotting the family moved to 17 Gravir.
