Margaret, born 1897, was a daughter of John and Henrietta nee Macinnes, 19 Hacklete. After her marriage to John Macdonald, 24 Valasay they settled at her family home until the 1930s when they relocated to 3 Hacklete.
Margaret and John raised five children.
