Margaret Gillies (1820-1863) was a daughter of Donald Gillies and Christina Macleod, 5 Old Orinsay.
In Lochs, in 1841, she married Donald Finlayson, 14 Old Eishken. Margaret and Donald settled at 4 Old Steimreway where they had five of their seven children.
The family were moved to 30 Lemreway in 1857.
