Catherine (1863-1948) was a daughter of Malcolm Morrison and Margaret Macdonald, 41b Balallan.

In 1887 Catherine married John Nicolson, of 53 Balallan; the couple settled at 53 Balallan and had two children.

After John’s death in 1892, Catherine married John Macmillan of 51a Balallan in 1902, at 57 Keith Street, Stornoway. The couple settled at 53 Balallan and had two children.
