Norman Angus, born 1889, was the youngest child of Donald and Chirsty nee Murray who settled at 6 Hacklete when it was re-settled in 1880. He served with the 1st Seaforths during WW1 and was killed in action in Mesopotamia in November 1917; awarded 1915 Star.
