Mary (1815-1882) was a daughter of Malcolm Maciver and Catherine Mackenzie, 15 Old Gravir.
In Lochs, in 1833 she married John Mackay, 16 Old Gravir. Mary and John settled at 16 Old Gravir where they had eight of their nine children.
In the 1852 lotting, the family obtained 24 Gravir.
