Angus Nicolson (1778-1869) was the son of Donald Nicolson, Eishken.
He married Isabella Mackenzie and they settled at 9 Old Eishken. Angus and Isabell had eight children.
Angus was widowed in 1835 and the family were moved to 3 Old Steimreway.
In Lochs, in 1839 he married Henrietta Matheson, 3 Old Gravir.
The family were moved to 9 Lemreway in 1857.
Angus was blind for most of his life but he apparently regained his sight shortly before he died.
