Lewis Macinnes (1846-1925) was a son of Neil Macinnes and Mary Gillies, 8 Old Steimreway.
The family were moved to 12 Lemreway when Steimreway was cleared in 1857.
In Lochs, in 1884, he married Catherine Campbell, 11 Marvig. Lewis and Catherine were Cottars at 12 Lemreway and they had three daughters.
He was widowed in 1896 and in 1901 married Christy Finlayson, 30 Lemreway.
