Mary (1829-1900) was a daughter of Malcolm Nicolson and Ann Macaulay, 8 Old Eishken. In 1830 the family were removed from Eishken and settled at 13 Old Gravir. Her father obtained 10 Gravir in the 1852 lotting.
In Lochs, in 1846, Mary married Donald Macmillan, 7 Old Steimreway. Mary and Donald settled at 7 Old Steimreway where they had four of their six children.
Steimreway was cleared in 1857 and the family moved to 14 Lemreway.
