Donald Nicolson
Donald Nicolson (1906-1937) was a son of Angus Nicolson and Ann Kennedy, 33 Lemreway.
He enrolled in the Royal Naval Reserve, S/Ns A11866 and B7457, on August 27, 1924. His service records shows he was 5ft 9¾ in tall, with brown hair, brown eyes and a fresh complexion. He worked on Banff, Buckie and Stornoway registered fishing boats, including the Kebboch Head, the Handy and the Venture, until November, 1934 when he went into Stornoway Hospital with Tuberculosis.
Donald died aged 31.
