60673: Angus Maclean
Angus (1804-1883) was a son of Malcolm Maclean and Ann Maclean, 13 Old Mangersta. He married Christina Morrison, 1 Ungeshader and they lived at 12 Old Mangersta. Angus exchanged crofts with John Macaulay, 1 Old Mangersta and relocated there in the early 1850s. They had eight children.
The family was in Old Mangersta until the 1871 census. Old Mangersta was cleared in 1872-3 and Angus and some of his family relocated to 12 Doune Carloway. Angus and Christina do appear to be living there in 1881.
