Kate Ann (1913-1999) was a daughter of Angus Macdonald and Johanna Macdonald from 7 Kirkibost.
At the Old Parish Church in Partick, Glasgow, in 1941 Kate Ann married Alexander Edward Sim, Portlethan.
Kate Ann was widowed that year and at Aberdeen, in 1946 she married Pasquale Crolla from Aberdeen. The couple had a son.
Kate was widowed in 1968 and in Dundee in 1969 married Donald Macdonald, 10 Breaclete. The wedding was conducted by Donald's first cousin, John Macdonald. The couple lived in Musselburgh and on Donald's retirement moved to Homeroyal House, a retirement complex in Edinburgh.
Kate Ann was widowed for a third time in 1992.
