Angus (born c1846) was a son of John Matheson and Mary Munro, Erista. He moved with his family to 22 and later 24 Crowlista.
Angus assumed tenancy of 22 Crowlista from his maternal grandfather and settled there with his wife Ann Macdonald, 3 Geshader.
