65502: Donald Munro

Donald came to Uig sometime between 1814 and 1819 (he is not recorded on the 1814 rentroll but he is named in James Chapman’s list of 1819). As he is the only Munro in Uig at that time apart from the Rev Hugh Munro, who was minister at Baile na Cille from 1778 to 1823, one wonders if there was a connection.
