69510: Christina MacLeod
Christina MacLeod, born in 1868, was the daughter of Murdo MacLeod and his second wife Ann Munro. Christina was born and brought up on 1/2 Ruisgarry (Sandhill), where her parents lived in a cottar’s house. Her mother died in 1882, and Christina became her father’s housekeeper.
She married James MacAskill from 4a Ruisgarry in 1893, with whom she had three sons.
