71129: John Macleod

John (born 1846) was a son of Peter Macleod and his first wife, Ann Macleod, 4 Old Carnish and later 2 Old Mangersta. He moved with his family to 13 Doune Carloway in 1872.

John married twice: his first wife was Christina Maclean of 14 Doune Carloway and his second wife was Catherine Macphail of 1 Garenin, with whom he had four children.
