72172: Donald Morrison
Donald (1909-1977) was a son of Kenneth Morrison and Mary Macleod, 13 Kneep. He moved with his family to 12 Ardroil in the early 1920s. He served in the Royal Naval Reserve (RNR) during the Second World War and a record for him can be found in the Roll of Honour 1939-1945.
Donald assumed tenancy of the croft at 12 Ardroil and settled there after his marriage to Catherine Macdonald, 5 Crowlista. They had a son and daughter.
