Duncan Malcolm (1920-2009) was a son of John MacDonald and Henrietta Mackenzie, 11 Kirkibost. This family moved to Gisla in 1946, after Duncan and his brothers were demobbed.
Duncan married Dolina Maciver, 31 Breasclete and they settled at Roadside, Gisla. They had two sons and five daughters.
