73672: Christina Macarthur

Christina was the wife of Duncan Macleod, 13/14 Borrowston. She was given croft 13 Borrowston after her father in law died in 1874 and the croft was split. By this time she had been widowed for a number of years and had one daughter, Duncanina (1862-1885), born shortly after her husband died and who died from acute bronchitis, aged 24 years.
