74758: Donald Munro
Donald was one of twins born in 1885, the eldest children of Archibald Munro (who died when Donald was aged just 5) and Margaret MacLeod of 20 Ruisgarry (Brusda). In 1911 he was working on the croft, later joining the Royal Naval Reserves.
In Glasgow in 1917 he married Marjorie MacLeod from 10 Ruisgarry (Gunhill) and they settled at 6 Hoebeg, North Uist with their children.
