75415: John MacDonald
John, born in 1888, was the second son of that name born to John MacDonald and Ann MacLean of Lamerick. He became a yachtsman, crewing in the galley on the Vita, and later a fisherman.
John married Marion MacLeod, with whom he was to have two daughters. They made their home at Baile. The house later passed to their younger daughter.
