759: Alexanderina Smith

Alexanderina (1842-1931) was a daughter of Alexander Smith and Margaret Maciver, 15 Old Gravir. Her father died in 1842 and the family moved to 22 Gravir in 1852. He mother obtained new croft 43 Gravir in the 1870s.
In Lochs, in 1861, she married Hector Morrison, 2 Gravir. Alexanderina and Hector settled at 2 Gravir and they had eight children. Crofts 1 and 2 Gravir were merged.
Alexanderina inherited the croft at 43 Gravir and passed it to her son, Malcolm.
