Ann was born in about 1833, the daughter of Archie Munro and Margaret MacLeod of old Ruisgarry. In 1850 she moved with her widowed mother to 20 Ruisgarry (Brusda). Ann became a house servant. She never married, dying of supposed fever in 1860.
