76337: Mary MacLeod
Mary was the daughter of Neil MacLeod and Marion Ferguson of 21/22 Ruisgarry (Ben Leva). Born in 1893, she was a pupil at Berneray School between 1899 and 1907.
Mary married Roderick MacKinnon, moving with him to Glasgow where he worked as a boatfitter. In 1948 they returned to Ben Leva, Mary having inherited the croft from her brother Iain. Having no children, following her death, the croft was passed to her nephew.
