90915: Murdo Macdonald
Murdo (1893-1972) was the son of John Macdonald and Marion Mackay. The family were originally cottars at 51 North Tolsta but sometime after 1881 they became cottars at 16 North Tolsta; therefore Murdo’s place of birth is not certain.
Murdo married Ann Nicolson of 3 North Tolsta and settled there with her. The couple had three children: a girl and two boys.
