9099: Malcolm Macritchie

Malcolm (1787-1858) was a son of Peter Macritchie and Margaret Macdonald or Macleod, 21 Old Gravir.
He was the first tenant of 20 Old Gravir. Malcolm married Mary Maclean, Calbost and they had five children. Their granddaughter, Agnes Nicolson lived with the family.
In the 1852 lotting the family obtained 38 Gravir.
Malcolm died a month after his son, Kenneth and was buried on St Colm's Isle. His death certificate names his mother as Margaret Macleod.
