Christina (1814-1890) was the daughter of Kenneth Smith and Isabella Smith; it is not clear where the family were living at the time of her birth. Her father had links to Eoropie.

In 1820 her father is listed on the sub-tenants list of Old South Tolsta Tack.

In 1830, during the croft lottings, the family obtained 14 Old South Tolsta.

Christina married Donald Macleod, of Back, and the couple settled at 30 Old South Tolsta and had four children.

In 1851, during the croft relottings, the family obtained 7 North Tolsta.

In 1853 they became cottars at 67a North Tolsta, where they had their final two children.
