Mary (1860-1943) was the daughter of Alexander Campbell and Annabella Maciver; the family were cottars at 26 North Tolsta.
In 1872 the family obtained 7 North Tolsta.
In 1885 Mary married Alexander Finlayson of 10 North Tolsta and settled there; they had eight children (five girls and three boys).
